Bob was previously a co-founder/principal at the IT services firm B2B Workforce where he developed strategic partnerships with SAP America, Accenture, IBM, Deloitte, and BearingPoint. In 2007, the company was ranked on the INC 5,000 as one of the nation’s fastest growing companies and was acquired by Vedior (now Randstad). He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
Brad Elster, Principal
Brad was previously President of B2B Workforce, a Randstad company. Prior to that, he was VP of Sales at the same firm. He joined B2B from PremierHR, where he was Director of Business Development. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
Ted Justiss, Principal and COO
Ted was previously Chief Operating Officer for B2B Workforce, where he oversaw recruiting operations and vendor management as well as client development. Prior to joining B2B, he was the Southeastern Division President for ACSYS, a national IT and Finance staff augmentation firm. He is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
Ray Kelly, Principal
Ray was previously VP, Solution Center at B2B Workforce, where he specialized in SAP and BusinessObjects delivery and implementation. He has also held IT management positions at The Coca-Cola Company and Deloitte Consulting. Ray is a graduate of Trenton State College.
Jeffrey Riozzi, SVP, Advisory Services
Jeffrey previously worked at Accenture, where he spent ten years as a Senior Manager in the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) division and project team leader within Accenture’s Communication and High Tech Practice focused on large scale implementations of global ERP Solutions. He is a graduate of Siena College in New York.
Ted Chappell, Managing Partner, RunMobile
Ted has more than 17 years of experience in the IT industry, successfully managing teams of developers and consultants. Previously, he was VP, Collaborative Solutions at Optimus Solutions, overseeing the consultant teams responsible for the development of mobile and wireless, as well as mail, messaging, and workflow applications for customers. Prior to Optimus, Ted founded and ran Eagle Technology Consultants profitably for 8 years before selling the firm to Optimus Solutions.
Richard Lichtenstein, VP Sales
With extensive experience in call center management and software sales, Richard held previous management and senior sales positions at JumpPoint, CompuCom and American Express, where he worked closely with SAP, HP and IBM to introduce their solutions to AMEX business customers.
Dr. Keith Marsh, VP Public Sector
Dr. Marsh brings over 20 years of experience to the company and has held executive leadership roles for Systems Integrators such as IBM and SAIC, as well as, small businesses supporting Fortune 500, Healthcare,and Government clients. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Auburn University, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from California Coast University, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from California Coast University.
Alex Gramling, Chief Marketing Officer
Alex was VP Marketing for a division of Express Scripts, a Fortune 140 healthcare company, and Priority Healthcare, a Fortune 1000 company acquired by Express Scripts in 2005. He has also held management roles at several venture-backed startups. Alex is a graduate of the University of Georgia with a Master’s from Miami University of Ohio.
Dimple Kochikar, Director of Recruiting
Dimple joined RunE2E from B2B Workforce where she worked for nearly a decade as a recruiter and resource manager. She is also the Recruiting Director for RunE2E’s HIT division, Healthcare IT Leaders.
